Poi porta il personaggio in teatro nei suoi seguitissimi one man show perché, come spiega lo stesso Proietti, <<sul palco, lontano dal video, Ammicca diventa un gioco diretto con il pubblico. Come dovrebbe essere tutto il teatro: non a caso in inglese recitare si dice to play. Che non è uno scherzo, ma un gioco, a volte cattivo e feroce, ma un gioco.
